My technician was on time and honest. When my AC went out on Labor Day, a holiday, no one was available for same-day service. As a result, they waived the service fee. The technician quickly identified the issue as a tripped reset button on a component he installed last time. They pressed the reset button, got my unit working again, and didn't charge me. Honesty to deliver good service and not charge for work that didn't need to be done is becoming rare these days. I'd highly recommend this company. Read Less

I needed new everything, I got many quotes on it all and Dalton Heating and Air were the most reasonable. They arrived on time and got the Job finished quickly! Caleb and Chris were awesome they spent lots of time in my hot attic, installed my new system and communicated everything they were doing. Finished the job today, Encapsulation, added Dehumidifier, and replaced my 1995 natural gas /2002 air unit RUUD with an Electric Trane split unit. So far everything is working as it should. They did the work in 2 days and we are please with the results. It was so much more affordable with Dalton Heating and Air than any other quote I was given. Called a little after 4:00 Thursday evening, Warren arrived a little after 5:00, diagnosed the problem as a dead short in the compressor, gave me a few options and called me later in the evening with pricing. Job was finished and house was cool about noon Friday!!! Awesome Service!!! Read Less
