I wanted to share our experience with Dalton Heating and Air. The AC froze up or stopped running yesterday, the hottest day of the year, of course. I called the company at around 7 o’clock at night. They got me scheduled for the next afternoon. They called in the morning and offered to come earlier. We declined, but we got home from our appointments a bit early and let them know, and they got here right away, which was really great. Their technician Warren could not have been better. He was very calm, professional, and really explained everything and told us what he was gonna do and how long it would take, and what we needed to do in the future to avoid problems like this, all of which was much appreciated and very helpful. I could not be more pleased with the service response from this company, and especially their technician, who was extremely helpful and reassuring. He helped my wife with her questions about the aesthetics of the unit as well. Great experience. Great company.

The blower motor stopped working on my AC late last night, and Dalton Heating & Air was who I called. Christian was the tech who got everything taken care of - he went out of his way to find a replacement motor so the AC would be working today. I'm very impressed and very grateful!!

Amazing, fast service. I called around 12 p.m., and the technician was at my house, repaired my unit, and was gone by 3:30 the same day! The technician was friendly and professional. He let me know every step of the way what he was doing and what it was going to cost me before he did anything. I've never had to have work done on my AC before, so I can't speak to if the cost was high, fair, or low compared to other companies. I chose Dalton Heating and Air because the owner used to be a regular at the store I ran a few years ago. He is an honest, hardworking guy, so I knew that I would be in good hands with the company. Overall I'm highly satisfied with the work, the technician, the timing, and most of all MY AC WORKING!
